In under one year, the Fito Network has collected 1,000+ jobs opportunities for network leaders and weavers around the globe.
There is clearly a big demand for leaders who can foster equitable engagement, facilitate meaningful collaboration, and foster relationships for social change.
But we have also uncovered a huge gap: though there are many talented people out there, it's not enough.
We need more support for leaders to drive the collaborative change our world urgently needs.
Fito's Unique Leadership Programs
The Fito Network has developed a model where leaders can deeply and meaningfully learn new skills in network practice – while gaining recognition and discovering new lines of collaboration along the way.
Half fellowship, half apprenticeship program, the model is designed so leaders can learn through live experimentation in an actual network – while connecting with others to strengthen and reflect on their learning.
We curate small groups of carefully selected people who focus on one aspect of the Fito Network, "co-creating the Fito magic" we like to say. This enables us to reduce our focus on the entire network, and instead nurture the conditions for these leaders to grow.
From community activation, to ecosystem-building, to collective decision-making, each leadership program is designed to serve a specific need. They also help us decentralize our the Fito Network, distributing decision-making power in ways that benefits everyone.
